Then on January 5, viewers can stream 2000’s X-Men. This film is based on the iconic Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name and stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, and Halle Berry among others. It is noted for having revolutionized the comic book superhero film genre alongside 1998’s Blade.

HBO Max‘s new TV and movie releases for January 1-7 2024 include the Robocop trilogy and 2014 remake, The Breakfast Club, and Clint Eastwood and Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy.

Starting on January 1, New Year’s Day, viewers can stream the Robocop trilogy starring Peter Weller as the eponymous character, a cyborg who was previously a human cop named Alex Murphy, up until his murder at the hands of various criminals. You can also stream the 2014 remake starring Joel Kinnaman.

Netflix‘s new TV and movie releases for December 25-31 include Star Trek: Prodigy Season 1, the stop-motion animated TV series Pokemon Concierge, and the Money Heist spin-off Berlin.

Starting on December 25, viewers can stream the first season of Star Trek: Prodigy, the tenth Star Trek series. The story revolves around a group of young aliens in the 24th century who find the abandoned starship Protostar and take control of it. The young aliens then learn to work with one another as they make their way to the Alpha Quadrant from the Delta Quadrant. Brett Gray, Ella Purnell, Jason Mantzoukas, Angus Imrie, Dee Bradley Baker, Jimmi Simpson, John Noble, and Kate Mulgrew are among the principal voice cast of the series.

Then on December 28, viewers can stream the Japanese stop-motion animated series Pokemon Concierge. This series will focus on Haru, a concierge at the Pokemon Resort, and her various interactions with the various Pokemons and their owners who visit the resort.

Finally, on December 29, Money Heist fans can rejoice as they will finally get to see the highly anticipated spin-off prequel to the show, Berlin. This series will follow Berlin in his prime as he prepares one of the most extraordinary heists in his criminal career; stealing 44 million euros in jewels with an illusionist twist. Pedro Alonso will reprise his role from Money Heist as Berlin.

Amazon Prime Video‘s new TV and movie releases for December 25-31 include the DC movie The Flash and the crime thriller Sound of Freedom.

Amazon Prime Video subscribers who are DC fans will have a great gift and treat for December 25 as they will get to stream The Flash. This superhero film is based on the popular comic book character Flash and follows Barry Allen as he tries to go back in time to prevent his mother’s murder, which brings unintended consequences to his timeline and strands him in an alternate universe in 2013. Allen then enlists the help of an older Batman, played by Michael Keaton, and the Kryptonian Kara/Supergirl to return to his own timeline and also stop General Zod when he launches a full-scale Kryptonian invasion of Earth.

Then on December 26, viewers can stream Sound of Freedom, a crime-thriller film that tells a fictionalized story of Tim Ballard, a former U.S. government agent who goes on a mission to rescue kidnapped children from sex traffickers based in Colombia.

On December 26, viewers can catch Owen Wilson and Lake Bell’s No Escape via Showtime, an action thriller film that tells the story of an expat engineer trapped in an unidentified country in Southeast Asia with his family due to a violent uprising. This forces them to look for a safe place in a country where foreigners are executed on sight. Also starring in this film are Pierce Brosnan, Sterling Jerins, Claire Geare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, and Thanawut Ketsaro. The film is directed by John Erick Dowdle who is best known for his work on films such as As Above So Below, Quarantine, and Devil and also directed 4 episodes of the TV miniseries Waco and 2 episodes of the neo-Western crime-drama series Joe Pickett.

The story follows Rick Dalton, an actor struggling with his fading popularity in the late 1960s. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie in the three lead roles of Dalton, Cliff Booth, and Sharon Tate.

Then on December 29, viewers can stream the Zombieland sequel Zombieland: Double Tap. Hulu‘s new TV and movie releases for December 18-24 include Horimiya’s dubbed second season premiere and the dubbed version of the first part of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’s second season.

Starting on December 21, viewers can start streaming the dubbed version of Horimiya‘s second season. This anime is based on the manga Hori-san to Miyamura-kun written and illustrated by Hiroki Adachi aka Hero. The story revolves around the blossoming romance between two high-school students Kyouko Hori, a bright and popular girl, and Izumi Miyamura, a gloomy and supposedly nerdy boy.

Then from December 22 onward, viewers can start streaming the dubbed version of the first part of the second season of Mushoku Tensei; Jobless Reincarnation, based on the Mushoku Tensei manga written by Rifujin an Magonote and illustrated by Shirotaka. The story revolves around a nameless jobless man who dies after a sad and depressing life and reincarnates in a fantasy world with his memories intact. He then goes on to try and have a great life with no regrets in the fantasy world under the name Rudeus Greyrat.

Starting on December 20, viewers can stream the HBO original documentary Daniel. This documentary follows a young man named Daniel Northcott who travels around the world to understand love, life, and human connection.

Then on December 24, viewers can stream Spirited Away: Live on Stage, a stage performance film that is based on Hayao Miyazaki’s award-winning and iconic anime film, Spirited Away.

Disney Plus‘s new TV and movie releases for December 18-24 include the highly anticipated Percy Jackson and the Olympians and the first three episodes of Marvel’s What If…? Season 2.

Starting on December 20, viewers can start streaming the first two episodes of the first season of the highly anticipated fantasy series, Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The first season of the series will be based on Rick Riordan’s first book of the series Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, and see Percy Jackson and his friends Grover and Annabeth Chase go on a quest to retrieve Zeus’ lightning bolt and catch the real thief after Percy is falsely accused by Zeus for stealing the lightning bolt. Walker Scobell of The Adam Project will essay the role of Percy.

Then between December 22 and December 24, viewers can watch the first three episodes of the second season of Marvel’s What If…? anthology series based on characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Like the first season, all episodes of the series will be narrated by Jeffrey Wright’s Uatu the Watcher.
